New module for the implementation of the Whistleblower Protection Act / EU Whistleblower Directive (EU-WBRL).

To implement the Whistleblower Protection Act / EU Whistleblower Directive (EU-WBRL), companies can provide their employees with (anonymous) reporting channels to ombudsperson(s).

Implementation of the HinSchG (establishment of an internal reporting office) is mandatory by July 2023 for companies with 250 or more employees (in the case of group structures, the total number of employees of all companies applies).

Implementation of the HinSchG (establishment of an internal reporting office) is mandatory by December 2023 for companies with 50 or more (up to 249) employees.
